COVID 19 has hit all of us hard in some way. At the River, we stand firm in God's promise that He is with us ALWAYS, and is near to anyone who calls on Him (Isaiah 40). As we prepare for our "new normal", you might be asking "what will worship services or fellowship times in person look like?" We can't give you all the answers yet, but we do want to share 5 things we will focus on as we try to to help keep everyone safe. One holiday season just ended and the new year is quickly moving along. Just in case you've felt "off" this year. Maybe your celebration seems dull with all of the crisis happening around, or personal challeges you face. Maybe you feel alone. Hope IS here - the hope of Christ that can make real faith come alve again. The Bible makes a daring statement in Psalms that God is "a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46). Even in today's trouble, you can find faith. He. Loves. YOU.
